Everyday make-up

I'm one of those girls that wears make-up to school everyday but I'm not one of those girls that takes an hour to put it on. It takes me 5 minutes, 10 tops if I'm putting a lot of effort into it. As a Chinese girl with the typically small eyes my number one product should be eyeliner but I've found eyebrows to be just as, if not, more important. A girl should definitely keep her eyebrows in shape, I know its not easy and while the pain that comes with tweezing and threading isn't the most pleasant thing I think its worth it.  Eyeliner and brow powder is a definite must have in my book but concealer, bronzer and blush? It depends on the day, I'll probably end up wearing it 2 or 3 out of 5 days though so I thought I would include it.

Body Shop Bronzer
Body Shop Blush
Benefit Fake Up Concealer
Stila Liquid Eyeliner
Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow (I use it as brow powder)

Sunday Brunch

Sunday brunch is probably my favourite part of the week. I get to spend some quality time with my family and have a good meal. This past Sunday we just headed to a Toast Box for some good laksa, thick toast and fried meehoon. I don't even want to think about the calories. The laksa at Toast Box isn't the typical Malaysian laksa, it's the Singaporean version, it reminds me of the laksa you get in Holland Village down in Singapore (drool worthy stuff). I pretty much live to eat, I can't deny it but really, what is life without food?

Thai desserts

Mango and sticky rice is possibly one of the most common Thai desserts and the most touristy but I love it. While in Thailand I had about 2 portions of this a day which is definitely not healthy but who cares when it's that yummy.

The next dessert that I had quite a few times while I was there was coconut ice cream. It isn't specifically Thai but coconut is a very common fruit there, it's common here in Malaysia as well but coconut ice cream? Not impossible to find here but not as easy to find as in Thailand. Good coconut ice cream is hard to find, this was good but not the best I'd ever tasted. So far the best coconut ice cream I've had was in a trendy restaurant in Jakarta, there will probably be a post about that soon so stay tuned.
